Sticky sublimation paper

Sticky transfer paper is also a type of sublimation transfer paper. It can effectively solve problems such as ghosting and deformation caused by the displacement of fabric and transfer paper during transfer printing. It is especially suitable for fabrics with high elasticity, to improve the transfer yield, is emerging abroad.
1. Features: When this product is used for transfer printing, the fabric will adhere firmly to the paper to avoid blurring of image edges and loss of image details caused by shifting during transfer printing.
2. Usage: 1. Print the pattern on this product with sublimation ink and wait for it to dry. 2. Place the printed pattern paper on the fabric to be transferred (the printing side faces the fabric), and press it with a flat plate or roller press. The pressing temperature is 210~220 degrees Celsius and the time is 20~25 seconds. At this time, the fabric will sticks the paper, and after it has cooled slightly, peel off the paper and the pattern is transferred to the fabric.

3. Things to note: (1). Be sure to allow the ink to dry fully when transferring. (2). Do not expose this product to high temperatures for a long time before transfer, otherwise it may cause a decrease in viscosity. (3). The viscosity of this product will change in different temperature and humidity environments. If the viscosity is too high, you can press it and wait for 3 to 5 minutes or more to cool down before tearing it apart. (4). This product can be widely used in various chemical fiber and blended fabrics, especially for elastic fabrics.

4. Storage: This product has strong moisture absorption capacity. Please be sure to store it in an environment with a humidity of less than 70%, and store it in a tight plastic bag in a cool place away from light.
